Mustafa Topkaya

Business Development

Mustafa Topkaya was born in Sivas, Turkey in 1955. He spent his childhood in Sivas in summers and Adana in winters. He went to primary school in Adana and he moved to Istanbul with his family in 1967. He lived there until he moved to Britain for further studies in August 1975. He improved his English and applied to study for a HND diploma (Higher National Diploma) in Computer Science. However, he did not complete his HND course due to entering the world of business. One of the notable industries he ventured into was rag trade and he did try a few other trades before settling into the restaurant business. His first venture was a ‘take away’ restaurant opened in Archway 1984. He gradually became more interested in the property business and finally sold his restaurants to settle into the property business.He presently runs an estate agency in North London. Mustafa has a daughter and a son who both have a keen interest in his business.
