Centre for Turkey Studies Attended LFPME Dinner



The director of the Centre for Turkey Studies , Ibrahim Dogus, attended an event in the historical Lincoln’s Inn. The event was hosted by the ‘Labour Friends of Palestine and the Middle East’.

Dogus meeting the other guests at the event spoke about the Centre  for Turkey Studies and its recent events and achievements.

The Labour party leader Ed Miliband, Shadow Business Secretary Chuka Umunna, Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs  Douglas Alexander, Shadow Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary Sadiq Khan and Rushanara Ali MP were among the eminent guests of the event. Also, ambassadors, consulate staff and MPs from Egypt, Qatar and Palestine were present.

Emre Egesel of the Centre for Turkey Studies joined Ibrahim Dogus in commenting on the recent events and developments in Turkey with Ed Miliband and Douglas Alexander who accepted an invitation to participate in the upcoming Centre for Turkey Studies events.
