With its aid to Myanmar’s Rohingya Muslims, Turkey is stepping up efforts to become an independent world power

After negations between their two governments, the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) began delivering aid to displaced members of the Rohingya Muslim community in Myanmar’s Rakhine state on September 6.
